Remote Support to Connect with Services (Core)

This does not replace support coordination and stays within Core rules. We provide assistance in searching for suitable NDIS providers, helping you establish NDIS provider connections. Our services include support to contact these providers and make bookings, as well as guidance to understand and compare service information. We offer support to help you understand service agreements, with the participant making all decisions. Additionally, we assist you in connecting with mainstream services such as community housing enquiries, mental health helplines or services, local community programs, and community centres or charities. When you have funding, we can help you find the right Support Coordinator and work alongside them as part of your support team, ensuring you receive the individual support services you need.
